We ship from Singapore and deliver to most countries worldwide.

Do take note that delivery to certain countries or remote locations may be unavailable due to courier, customs or product restrictions.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Estimated delivery times will be shown for each available shipping option at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched and may be affected by courier, customs, public-holiday or other delays outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Due to the nature of our products, only express couriers like FedEx or DHL will be available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, and any applicable customs duties and import taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.

You will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when your order is delivered.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

We seek your understanding that once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

When reporting an issue, please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging and tracking provided.

We may request additional photographs or a short video if reasonably necessary. Once we have reviewed the matter, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or dislike of a fragrance.

Scent preferences are subjective, so we encourage customers to review the product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our products are not suitable for consumption and are intended only for fragrance or incense use.

Do not ingest them or use them for culinary or medicinal purposes. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Perfume Oils offer the widest variety, from fresh and floral to musky, sweet and woody.

Oud Oils centre on the distinctive character of agarwood, with scents that may be woody, sweet, smoky, earthy or resinous.

Rose Oils are centered on rose, ranging from fresh and delicate to rich, musky or woody.

Kindly refer to each product description to find the scent that best matches your preferences.

Yes. All our Perfume Oils, Oud Oils and Rose Oils are alcohol-free and oil-based.

Apply a small amount to pulse points such as the wrists and neck. Fragrance oils are concentrated, so a light application is usually sufficient.

Longevity varies depending on the fragrance, amount applied, skin and environment.

Avoid applying directly to clothing, as the oil may leave marks. Before first use, test a small amount on a small area of skin and stop use if irritation occurs.

Bakhoor is a perfumed incense blend, while Luban and Myrrh are natural aromatic resins. They can be used to fragrance a space by gently heating a small amount in a suitable incense burner.

If using charcoal, allow it to heat fully and form a light layer of ash before adding the incense. Electric burners vary, so follow the operating and safety guidance provided with your burner.

Always use incense in a well-ventilated area, place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.
